Website use
This website provides information about Leadstronaut services. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a guarantee of results.
Engagements
Each engagement is governed by a written agreement covering scope, fees, payment model, qualification rules, notice periods, and confidentiality.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information about their offer, approve targeting and messaging, and are responsible for the lawfulness of contacting their chosen market, with legal advice where needed.
Results
Outbound results depend on market, offer, and timing. We do not guarantee revenue, meeting volume, or inbox placement.
Infrastructure ownership
Sending domains and mailboxes created for a client remain the client's property.
Liability
Liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement for each engagement.
